Please help, struggling with this pattern!

Question

Hi All,

iv just stared a pattern to make a pair of little baby booties, however after making the sole Iv become quite stuck. Row one of the sole edging says ‘Join with a sc at center back of heel(I get that bit), sc around entire sole(I get that bit too), working sts at toe and heel and in ends of rows at both sides’ I don’t understand that last bit? Any body have any idea what it might mean? Is it as simple as just sc tho while way around?

TIA! X

Yes I think it is telling you to crochet all the way around, ch 1 and turn.

^  what she said.

It sounds like you made the sole by working back and forth in rows.  It's just trying to be helpful and explain that in order to work the first round AROUND the sole, you'll work into the sides of stitches at the row-ends of the sole, and into the top of stitches at the toe, and into the underneath of stitches at the heel (assuming you started at the heel).
