C2C Scarf

Digging through my big yarn stash I came across a skein of Lion Brand- Scarfie- Cranberry/Black, then made this C2C Scarf with a K/ hook for my oldest DD. 6" x 63". I like the way the colors transition. Her fave colors so she loves it.

I have some Blueberry/Black Scarfie I frogged 8 rounds of a cowl I was making. I didn't like the way the colors were striping. I've been pondering whether to make a shawl or a poncho with it. That's if I can find a pattern I like. I just wonder if the colors would set in the pattern like it did with the scarf. I love that look. I guess it's a good idea to make a swatch first.
