pattern help

Work 3 dc in 5th ch from hook (beginning 4 ch count as first tr), *ch 2, skip next 2 ch, dc in next 4 ch; repeat from * across to last 3 ch, ch 2, sk next 2 ch, (3 dc, tr) in last ch, turn—2 tr, 50 dc, and 12 ch-2 spaces

 

I am unable to figure out the last part, which is marked in bold i.e. after turn.  I am stuck here and this is the first row.  So unable to proceed further. 

Could someone pl explain this pattern for me?  Thank you.
