Your rose is so pretty. And such a great idea for a gift. My favorite flower of all in the world. We had 40 rose bushes at the house we just sold and do I ever miss them.

Thank you! I estimate 8 hours total. I make a petal or leaf when I have a few minutes to spare & then gather everything together when I'm ready to assemble. Assembly is about 1/3 of the time.

This is now sitting on my Mantel in a special vase.  I am the lucky owner and it came at a time I was feeling low.  It sure perked me up.
