Crochet needle that don't stick???

Not sure what you mean by 'does not stick'.  Does it have rough edges?  What brand are you using, and is it plastic or metal?

Do you mean, perhaps, that the hook splits the plies of the yarn?  Some crocheters have an easier time with one hook 'style' versus another, often described as 'Boye' verus 'Bates' because these are the most easily found US brands and they have very different shaping.  I for one learned on one style, bought one hook of the other style by accident, and really fought every stitch.  Needless to say that hook never gets used...

Boye hook tips are tapered at the sides and front/back..  Bates hook are 'in line', meaning they have little shaping, like a rounded-end dowel with an angled slash cut into it,  Here is one of many articles on this https://mamas2hands.com/2012/08/04/inline-vs-tapered/
