Friendship ring afghan

I found this Afghan done with rings in the center of each stitch it's put together by using the granny stitches all of it is done in pastel colors,it's on u tube, but there are no directions and no way to get them , please help I've already bought all the yarn to make it. Does anybody have the directions?

No, it's circles put together in strips and it's done with the granny stitch. Around the strips of circles thank for your help.
