I assume you are sewing together rows in 1 direction and then going back in the other direction as discussed in an earlier thread, right?  So the question is, what to do with that 1 corner stitch in common, that's already been stitched into?   I'd just skip over that stitch going the other direction.  The sewing seam is on the wrong side, and the yarn passing  over 1 stitch to continue on the following one won't look that odd.
