This is my pineapple angel I made 2 days ago. You can see it with lights on and off on my tree and there's a part of my tree - only white thread ornaments

I have a pattern that is the same head and wings as this one but the skirt is different. Is your pattern from a book/booklet?

No, there's no pattern - I made the angel myself, trying and trying until I had satisfying version
