Hi have pattern that has instruction for dec, 15c x 6

anyone know what this means?

Dec is decrease. 15c x 6 makes no sense out of context.

It is a pattern for a crochet owl from marks it’s round 27 I can’t understand

The 5 is a typo. It should be an s. 1 sc. 

Rnd 27: 2 DEC in beige, 2 SC, (DEC, 1 SC repeat x 6) in brown, 2 DEC in beige (18)
