Leisure Arts Pooh and Friends: Tigger pattern

Hello all!

I'm having difficulty with this pattern and I hope someone who's made this can help. 

 

Row 63: SC in next 5 SC changing to brown, working over Orange, slip st in next SC, SC in next 13 SC, Slip st in next SC, drop Orange, turn, slip st in next slip st, SC in next 13 SC, slip st in next slip st, turn; slip st in next slip st, SC in next 13 SC, slip st in next slip st changing to Orange, cut Brown, do not turn; SC in next 10 SC, working in skipped SC behind Face, 2 SC in next SC, sc in next 3 SC, 2 SC in next SC, SC in next 3 SC on Face Border (Muzzle), leave 16 SC unworked: 40 sts.
My question is where my hook is at in the picture, is that considered the SC behind the face? What is with the chain? Do I use that?

In a previous instruction, it said to skip sc. That's what they're referring to in this row.

I have Pooh and friends pattern I can not figure out round 63 on the tigger pattern - any help would be appreciated
