can someone help me step to step with that neck pattern after it says ch 2 and leave a long tail?

I'm going to write it out. Hopefully MagicCrochet replies with a link for how to read a diagram. She knows an excellent link.

Row 1: inc (2 sc in the same stitch) in 2nd ch from the hook. Turn. 2 st

Row 2: ch 1, inc, inc. Turn. 4 st 

Row 3: ch 1, sc, sc, dec (sc2tog) in same st & next st, sc in same st as 2nd half of dec, sc. Turn. 5 st

Row 4: ch 1, inc, sc, sc, sc, inc. Turn. 7 st

Row 5: ch 1, sc, sc, sc, inc, sc, sc, sc. Turn. 8 st

Row 6: ch 1, inc, sc, sc, sc, sc, sc, sc, inc. Turn. 10 st

Row 7: ch 1, sc, sc, sc, sc, sc,  dec in same st & next st, sc in same st as 2nd half of dec, sc, sc, sc, sc. Join with sl st to first sc. 11 st

Note: the # st are stitch counts.
