Question

Working on blanket for my grandaughter and I can't seem to work this out. It reads like stereo instructions. If anyone can help dumb it down for me..like DC first sp, skip next dc, etc...I just can't get it..been stumped for 3 days now. Says I should have 96 count at end of row but when I do instructions I only end up with 48 stitches at the end..so I know I'm doing something wrong. Please help! Thank you in advanced!
