Seeking Doily/Runner Pattern - Irish type center, filet picot squares

Looking for this pattern that my sister-in-law and I saw on a Facebook thread crochet group very recently.  The crocheter said that she finished this recently from a pattern she found on Google or Pinterest some time ago, and said that was the only information she had.  I've spent more hours than I'd like to admit searching for it this weekend, and my sister-in-law has put in quite a few hours herself.  Any help appreciated!

Two things: (1) Irish crochet is all about making little bits and crocheting them together freehand. I don't know of a pattern that assembles the components like your pic, but below are the 3 components you need - flowers and 2 types of leaves (2) the motif squares are very basic filet, and you can chart them out yourself easily by looking at the photos if you are familiar with the rules of doing filet. These squares are basic open and closed meshes, and a lacet variation that adds a picot.

Here is a pattern that has classic Irish Roses and the small leaf branches http://www.freepatterns.com/detail.html?code=FC00197  . (edit- these roses have 2 rounds of petals, like the small ones in your example). You need to register to get the pattern, but it's free, and they don't send you annoying mail nearly every day like their sister site free-crochet.com.  This pattern has the Irish Roses again (edit-3 rounds of petals, like the center one in your example), and the fat leaves http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/rose-doily-804

If you haven't done filet, here are 2 good tutorials.  Please click away from any tutorials that tell you that any stitches are 'shared', that is really not true and makes a simple process of counting to 3 unnecessarily complicated.  Don't worry, if you can count to 3 you can do this.

The edges on the squares are chain x, skip y (possibly chain 3, skip 2?), slst or sc into the next stitch.  Then on the next square, you you use these loops to join as you go to the frst square, where you chain half of x, slip stitch to the middle of the corresponding loop on the first square, and chain the other half of the loop and connect back to the current square.

The squares are identical, they are just rotated or flipped to make the diamond pattern (you can see the picots pointing in different directions).

I just noticed that your example's rose centers aren't the 'spoke' look of the patterns I linked.  You could probably come close to the look with 2 or 3 DC clusters instead of the single DCs in the center.
