These are some of the infant hats I'm making for a donation to a NICU.  Badrhinogillett sends donations to her favorite NICU every year around Thanksgiving for distribution.  I don't have a specific pattern for these.  I just make them as I go.

You girls make me feel bad!!  I just took in 4 more prayer shawls to our local Hospice, but I didn't get pictures of them to post!  My poor ole camera won't work on the 'puter, so-o-o-o.....  Good job on all the hats and squares, you go, girls!

Just in case you are looking for a good camera. About 2 years ago I bought a Sony camera- Cyber shot 12.1 mega pixels from Amazon. That camera works great for me.  Takes great pictures even those very close.

I am posting that because I use to look for the right camera for over a year and I almost bought a very expensive camera from HSN (costed over three times as much as that one). I just wanted a camera that would take good close-up pictures. That is what we need for our work to show up those stitches.  This camera it will take a very clear pictures even from 2" or 3" away. My old camera was very good for everything else.. BUT not for close ups, because they came out little "blurry".

Mary Jo got the same camera. Thanks to her I bought mine:).

Hey, Kris, thanks for the tip!  I'll look into that camera!  We have--literally--my hubby collects!--dozens of cameras, but I can't find one in his collection that suits me!  Thanks for the advice!

I'm happy to report that our Froggers Crochet Club donated 47 shawls to our local Hospice in 2017.  We sent off 59 lap afghans to various Veterans' Hospitals, and donated 43 hats to our local YMCA Childcare groups.

God bless everyone this New year!
