Help with a pattern!

Hi I am making a top for the first time and the pattern asks me to repeat rows but 'without shaping' what does this mean???? So confused ☹️

Do you have a link to the pattern? If not, what's the pattern name & where you found it. Anything that can help us see a picture. (You're not allowed to post a picture that you don't own. ) Also, you can type the confusing row and 1 or 2 rows before, just not the whole pattern.

 

Usually shaping includes increases/decreases. So, without shaping would mean to repeat the pattern without increasing or decreasing.
