Found Cow jumped over the moon Thank you

I am making this c2c afghan pattern.

 

 

I am hoping to make a pillow or a mobile that is the cow jumped over the moon.  Does anyone know of this pattern?

If you have or can find the back issues it was in. It shows the cow ON the moon but all you'd have to do is hang it differently to place the cow over the moon.
