This lovely blanket/car seat canopy photo is all over Pinterest, but no contact information.  It looks like a c2c, but I would love to purchase the pattern.  Thanks so much for any help.

It looks like it originated at lomets.com.  I would go there and contact them.  There are links at the top for facebook, etc.

You could make this basic car seat cover and add one of the owl motifs Granny Square gave you the links for.

Thank you all for great ideas.  I went to Lomets.com which seems to be a site kind of like Pinterest in Egypt.  They also had the photo but no links to anywhere but to the photo.
