The Blue Bird came from Hooked on Crochet. The others came from www.FreePatterns.com I found the Blue Bird in book Number 20 on page 43

I'm sorry about the feet pattern, I did not write it down and my 18 year old son has clamed the bird, and catching up with him is like running after a bird.
