I joined for help

I found this crochet pattern on raverly via pinterest. And I'm struggeling a littlebit with a part. The pattern says: R3: (4, inc x2) x2. Previously in the pattern it said (1, inc) x6. And that part is easy enough to understand, 1 single stitch then in stitch nr 2 add two single stitch in that, repeat six times. But the other way of writing I don't understand. Help??
