Santa and Tree Dishcloths

I was making some dish cloths to go with the tote and decided to make these 2. 

 

 They are from the pattern book A Year of dish cloths.  It is the best pattern book I was give, well one of the best anyway.

These are so festive.  I have never made dishcloths before, I never saw the point...  but these would definitely put a smile on my face while doing the dishes.  I think you have me converted!

Those are really cute. I've seen the pattern before for the Santa.not sure about the tree though. I'll have to do a search. I want to make those.

 LullabyMellodia I often use dishcloth patterns to make hotpads.  I make the pretty side and then make another usually all one color and then crochet them together.

 

Owlvamp the patterns look familiar because they were all online and free for awhile when  Maggie Weldon did the dishcloth for 365 day challenge.
