Drops/Garn Studio's FaceBook (scroll down to Yesterday 07/03 post) and website has a pretty flower pattern done up in red, white and blue that will take probably less than an hour to make. It would make a lovely lapel pin in a jiffy. Video is included (no sound but easy to follow). I'm going to make one with size 10 thread.
