To help us know which doily pattern you are seeking,  you can add a link for the photo.  :)

that's very pretty...and unusual!  lots of other cool things in her album as well.

I searched on Ravelry and found a few things you might be able to use to crete your own version.   you'd also need to create or locate a pattern for an openwork doily for the center.

I searched "lily pad" "water lily" and lotus to find these---

I noticed the flickr album said "doilysu's craft store" so i googled doilysu and found a blog.  I think she is making the doilies and selling them, which probably means doesn't sell the patterns because she has created her own patterns, or adapted existing patterns.  Part of the blog seems to be in Chinese and I don't see how to buy the doilies.  It all seems to have been up for a long time so maybe she isn't even selling the doilies anymore.  I'm not gonna click on anything there since i can't read the whole thing. anyway, the blog is here http://slchang60.blogspot.com

Thank you for adding the link in. That helps a lot.

I checked around and I am not finding any patterns similar to your link. However, to compromise, I'd choose one of magiccrochetfan's links she provided, make some water lily motifs and sew them onto this doily. I think it would be quite pretty. I've made this doily before and it's very easy to make.

Reni, that is a very pretty doily!  and the outer sections have a leaf/lily pad look.  that would work great i think.
