Many crocheters love the texture of knit items and secretly wish for the same in their craft. Ashlyn has so much drape that it feels like knit fabric but in crochet, and it's quite easy to make.

Lovely new pattern and I love the texture of the scarf's stitching. So pretty and another pattern that I need to find time to try.

 

ETA: How much yarn do I need? You say a red heart skein but is it a 6 ounce one or??

I just finished off this scarf pattern using some Caron worst weight yarn. I used 3.6 ounces of yarn. Here is my finished Ashlyn scarflet. The pattern does make up into a cute little keyhole scarf.
