New bookmarks

Once upon a time… - and I can't believe it was about 7 years ago - I made butterfly bookmarks. And I was proud of them. 

Here they are: 

 

 

BUT it turned out that they used to slip of the book, because the bead on one end was too heavy.

 

SO a few days ago I modified them. There are two beads so the bookmark stays in the book. And I used cotton lace and attached butterflies, fish and clovers with glue gun.

These tiny motives are quick to make, so it's easy to stock them and have nice little gifts at hand
