Bicolor cowl border stitch

I am making a bi color cowl on Lion Brand Lion Suede which is a bulky yarn on a size k hook and dcs.I am looking for any suggestions anyone may have about what may make a good border for it?

There are a bunch of multi color bulky weight cowl patterns at the LB site.  What is the pattern name, so we can look at the pattern pic ?

 

A lot of times 'less is more', it may not need a border if it doesn't call for one.

It actually has no definitive pattern lol...i kinda winged it...but I just feel likevit needs a border to fi

Ah.  Do you have a way to take a pic of it and post it here?  To post a pic, go to 'more reply options' (bottom right), then in the new screen at the bottom left is a spot to choose a file from your computer, then upload it to the post.

 

Edgings are easy to 'get wrong'.  They should compliment the piece, not clash with it.  It's usually better to err on the side of a simpler edge versus a fancy one.  For a cowl, a simple edging that adds stability would probably work - like a row or 2 of plain SC, a simple picot edge, or Reverse SC.  The last one is simple and IMO very 'finished looking'.
