I really do think this is a lovely dress pattern.  it is fussy and was a challenge to produce in pattern form but I consider it worth all the effort.

In response to a question about row 2 I should mention that you do not work into the ch3 spaces from row 1.

 

 

the ch3 spaces just form a nice V opening for row 1.
