bubble afghan

Attach is a afghan (bubble stitch)that I combine the colors with the help of my husband.. I am not goot at color coordination or reading the color wheel. I post in the help forum about combining the right colors however I still am confused with primary, secondary, etc. I am proud of this pattern.

 

I create my own patterns by learning a certain stitch and use it throughout the pattern

You know, you really don't need to understand the science of the color wheel. If you can match colors that you like, resulting in a palette that you love, who cares about the wheel? I really do believe that crochet is about enjoyment, so if you like the colors, nothing else should matter.

 

That being said, again, I really think you nailed it in this afghan!

Very good.  Shoot I don't understand or use the color wheel either.  What I do is I find a main color and then start adding colors that look good together.
