Elephant Lovie - Round Ripple

This is my first lovie, my first elephant and my first round ripple!  It's made from RH's new velvety yarn and it's so soft.  I was really unsure about making it, but I'm thrilled with how it turned out.  I hope that Jude, my soon-to-be grandson, will love it!  (Maybe he'll chose it as his security blankie ... fingers crossed!)

 

A BIG Thank You goes out to Darski for her 10-pt round ripple pattern and for inspiring me to do a round ripple!!  I had a fear of making them, until I kept seeing her amazingly, beautiful round ripple afghans.  THANK YOU, Darski!!!!

LOL That's just the camera.  It's only one elephant and he's gray and blue.  The RH velvety yarn only comes in 6 colors.  Besides gray and blue, there's green, white, coral and red (it's between a red and dark pink.)
