TINY FLOWER PATTERNS!

I couldn't find the exact pattern, but it looks like the flowers are attached after the crown is made, rather than as part of the pattern.  So, you could find a crown that is similar and add tiny flowers with a bead in the middle.  There are lots of baby crown patterns and lots of tiny flower patterns.  It may not be exactly the same, but it would be close.

The other thing you can do is ask the person who owns the crown where they got it.  You may be able to track down the designer that way.

Agree that the flowers are made separately and added.

This is basically a simplified first round of a lot of flower patterns out there, and would look close to your flowers:

Make an adjustable ring.

*Chain 2, DC,, Ch 2 and SLST into ring.  Repeat from * 4 more times, for a total of 5 petals.  Fasten off, leave a long tail for sewing  a large bead in the center, and to sew onto the crown.

Alternately, try *SC, DC, SC, SLST, (repeat) and see what looks better to you.

This isn't exactly like your photo (blue crown), which looks like the petals are sprouting out of each other--unusual.  I have a few ideas of how that might be done, but the above is easier!
