T-shirt Yarn Rug

Just a quick project to use up 3 skeins of t-shirt yarn I bought at the Spinrite factory tent sale over the summer. That bulky yarn and big hook is hard on my hands but knife grip and frequent breaks help a lot!

I didn't have enough to do the final (optional) sc round and it turned out to be about 27" across. It's definitely not a good rug for a hardwood or linoleum floor, because you'd break your neck, but it'd be so cute beside a bed!

Your rug turned out beautiful.

Non-Slip Rug Backing is available to use with throw rugs (cut to size yourself). It is usually sold in the throw rug department. Even Wal-Mart. Sort of looks like a roll of shelf paper with holes in it and rubbery texture. I have wood floors and it made all the difference in the world.
