Thanks for the compliment. It is an easy pattern just time consuming for the black skirt.   I got it off the site myHq Crochet Poets Pattern Collection.  The pattern is made for Barbie.  The Gidge site has been down for a long time, but her patterns are available on this site.

I have the name spelled incorrectly it is Villiana's  Fancy.  The down site is obgidge@graffitti.net  The pattern is GGH8012. This site says you can write and give the information and get the pattern.  I don't know which will be easier.  If this fails, go back to the myHq site.  You may be able to find it in your search program.
