Dark Shawl

[Wacky]

I don't have a name for this shawl, but I made it with a bag of ends and remnants I got on sale at Joann's. I don't know what kind of yarn it is, but it's kind of textured with curlies, and mostly black with variegated autumnal or jewel-like colors in it. 

 

I made it for a friend who loves dark colors (along with matching wrist warmers that I never got a picture of), and it took me around a week or so to get them done. 

 

Luckily, since I was guessing on the colors and size, I hit the nail on the head, and said friend adores them, and wears them a lot already. I feel so warm and fuzzy inside knowing I could make somebody else feel special.
