A little Mary Jo type story with my well wishes for Thanksgiving.

This is my Bff's gravy boat/soup tourain (? Sp) that for years and still does grace her

Thanksgiving table. It is a keepsake that was passed down. I loved seeing it every year and when my parents passed on close together in 2007, our shrinking little family began to share the entire day and meal with them and not just dessert.

To see this little cheery faced ceramic turkey dish that first difficult year and then again before our long distance move to Western PA in 2012 was a reminder that good & happy times are treasures like keepsakes. And though I miss my bff and being at her Thanksgiving table we will keep each other close at heart always...
