Filet stitch cottage placemat

Am looking for this pattern. Took the photo of the one my aunt has on her kitchen table. She thinks she has had it for at least 30 yrs or so. Can anyone help me on this?

I've never seen that before but I have to say it is drop dead gorgeous!  Hope someone here knows where it came from!

It doesn't look like filet _crochet_ but possibly netting.  Also maybe not handmade but done by machine.  When I click on the picture and enlarge it, there are double bars on the up/down threads that don't look like a double crochet but 2 separate threads.  That's not to say it couldn't be translated into filet crochet, but to me it doesn't look like this piece is crocheted.

My search words were placemat, white, house, lace and "Include description" was checked.  There were several others in the same style
