I have been wondering that myself.  It would take a bit of playing with  the general shape to get it the right proportions

Now isn' t tthat inventive, wish I had had those when I did the craft fairs and such, lol, I bought several of the white styrofoam heads, but these are way cuter!

I did too, but mine are getting all banged up, so I may replace them with something like this!!

Definitely cool. Surely they'd be durable, and be a great base for either a doll head or to simply doll up. I'd probably put crazy long eyelashes on mine.
