Robinson-Priscilla adaptation

I found the pattern for this in the antique pattern library .  I just had to adapt it a tad to deal with - what I knew would be- the ruffley bits.

Firefox did not seem to want to display this but calling for Adobe did open the book,

It is not appropriate for a baby - too many large holes - but I will donate it to my bunch of seniors who love something warm about the shoulders.

I used Redheart yarns and a 7.mm hook and the pattern is on "page 99" of the book.

I generally don't like my doily bits to be ruffled but it makes a nice bit for a shawl edging.

Lovely shawl/blanket!  That is one of my favorite books from Antique Pattern Library, I've made several thread doilies from that book.  So many have a cloth center (which I've never tried), your yarn version made me wonder how a blanket with a fleece center, and a yarn lace surround, would work.  Hmmm...
