You really don't need to translate it, the stitch pattern is in the diagram.  Do you need help with that?  

 

By the way, the pattern is copyrighted whether it is free or not and you technically really need the writer's permission to translate it.

Oh okay, thanks Kathy.  I didn't realize I would need permission to translate.  Thank you for letting me know.  I'm not good at reading diagrams.  I have to see it on a video, or be able to read a pattern.  Diagrams confuse me.

Row 3 you are back to the 3dc columns and the 8dc shell, made into the 2ch loop at the top of the previous shell.

Also I can tell you from the legend that maille en l'air is chain, maille serree is sc, and bride is dc.  From context, passez is skip.  there are lists online of crochet terms in different languages, but I don't know if you will find enough to make complete sentences, but probably to get the gist.
