Hi. Please can anyone know how to colors at the end of a v stitch row.

do you mean how to change colors?  just do it the way you would with any other stitch, pull the new color through as the last step of the old stitch.  http://crochet.about.com/od/skillstechniques/tp/Changing_Colors_SC.htm

 

or you could finish the last stitch in the old color, fasten off, and start the new row with the new color, if you don't want to carry the old color.

But this is ok if u r working regular or normal stitches, I am working the V stitch.
