What can I make with this yarn?

I recently bought a hank/skein of "recycled silk sari" yarn. What is a good one-skein project to highlight the uniqueness of this yarn?

Scarf?  One of those triangular 'shawlettes' ?  Headband?   I'd think something with a simpler pattern if it's multicolored.  I'd not choose something that would need to take a lot of wear

Without knowing what the yardage is and considering it will need to be hand washed, I would make a neck scarf. Worn loosely, silk is comfortable even in summertime.

A small, basic clutch would be beautiful! A simple stitch would let the colors be the focus and it'd be lovely, in my opinion. Something like this one, maybe? And they're great to just throw your wallet and cell phone in and go.   I'd love to see what you come up with!

I'm sort of winging it on a shrug at the moment but I'm sure I am going to run out of the yarn I am using for it and have to switch to another project soon (oh, the horror ) I'll try something with the sari yarn when I do.

I am using this yarn right now.  I bough the 17 skein package and am making a simple 2 single, double crochet afghan with a drop down of two rows, then three, then two again, with three single crochets inbetween. It's light yes, but soooo nice.Very well made yarn and no knots!!  I believe you can make just about anything that doesn't require bulky yarn.  Search for DK patterns, I bet there are a lot out there.  BTW, the one I'm making, I changed from worsted to DK and added enough stitches to make it the size I wanted because it's such a simple pattern.
