Using up scrap yarn, on going project

I'm trying to use up ends of yarns so I now have this large box that is slowly filling up with different granny square designs.  Once I have enough ie 4 of each design and have used up the odds and ends of yarn  I will crochet them all together to make a scrap granny square blanket/throw

hey ya, Im doing that too!! Im about ready to start putting them together, well, edging them first, and then putting them together for a donation ghan to charity! I can't wait to see yours grow!

I think yours must be a long way ahead of mine.  It looks like mine will have to go onto the back burner for a while. I've a big crochet order for a customer to do as well as 2 large complicated knitted pieces for 2 other customers.  Thankfully I've done all the design work already.  I also need to make a load more Christmassy items to pop into my shop.
