When Chummy is having a difficult delivery the midwives and nuns of Nonnatus House spend the night crocheting squares and make a blanket they put over Chummy after she has given birth.

I love Chummy.. The actress-comedian who inhabits the character, Miranda Hart, is in real life a member of British aristocracy (Wikipedia describes her interesting lineage), though she says she hates that. So she's not too dissimilar from Chummy.

I just found this show on Netflix. Love it! They have a lot of crocheted blankets and hats on the babies. In season one, the baby who gets "kidnapped" was wearing a cute matching set. Chummy just got married - that is where I am now. Can't wait to see more of her story.

Wish there were more shows like it.
