Help with a pattern?

I found a pattern that I would love to try but I'm a bit intimidated by it. Can anyone offer any help with this pattern? Thanks!

Is this done in sections instead of rows? And what does "miss tr" mean? I love this throw but it may be above my knowledge level I'm afraid. Thanks for responding!

From what I can see from the pattern, it is made in sections.

If you like, you can post the one row of instructions you're having trouble with.

 

It would be even better and more helpful if you could provide information about where this pattern was published. That way, if anyone has made the pattern or has the whole pattern on hand for reference, it will be easier for them to help you.

"Miss tr" means skip tr.

 

It would be helpful, I agree with Amy, to provide info about the pattern. If it is from a book, someone may have it and can check it for you.
