Hats for Menks

Hi

I'm amber. My friend's son has Menkes Disease. I am crochting hats for her to take with her on May 18th when she takes her son to Maryland to the main doctor. Anyone that wants to help just message me for info. He will be giving them out to patients. She said from under a year and go up from there. Any help will be appreciated.

I just read up on Menkes Disease.  I really feel for the families with sons afflicted with this disorder.  I had never heard of a disease that just affects one gender over another. 

 

What kind of hats are you looking for?  Are you looking for hats for both genders?  I'm sure I can whip some up once I know what color palette to choose from.
