May Day Basket

I got the pattern for this online, but not cannot find it again.  All it is is a granny square and some crocheted flowers.  It was fun and easy...

We always made May baskets for all the neighbor ladies when we were kids, not as cute as your, tho. Ours were jelly jars stuffed with forsythia, dandelions, violets.

 

Is that a tussy mussy? 50+ years ago we used use paper doilies, with flowers tucked inside, their stems wrapped with a damp cotton and wax paper(before saran wrap)... We made them just for fun, usually . Mom called them Tussy Mussys.
