ISO this placemat /trivet pattern

I saw and saved this photo of a placemat or trivet but I have no pattern--ugh --back fall 2012...I assume it as either on the ville or Ravely--cannot find it---HELP

It doesn't look hard to duplicate, if you can get a clear photo printed.  I'd sure try that before paying the price on Etsy!
