Chair leg socks II (updated 1/7/13)

Many moons ago, I made chair leg socks for the chairs at my kitchen table. Yesterday I started on some for the chairs at the breakfast bar in the same kitchen.

 

My hope is to get them done in time for the new year so I can enter 2013 with chairs that are easy to slide across the floor so I can sweep/vacuum up the pet hair with greater ease. I made some, a long while back, but just winged it, and still have them on, they need replacing though, thanks for reminding me, your's are very nice, and they don't ruin the floor, nor make so much noise moving them out to vac!
