I just saw neon yarn at hobby lobby, I looked at it and wondered what I could do with it, it was soooo bright and pretty!

Caron Natura and Pounders both have a neon orange. That's what I use for hunting stuff.

 

RH will usually put out their bright orange around Halloween. Unless you purchase it online - it's usually hard to find it in stores.

Hobby Lobby has Neon Orange in ILTY Neons. It is very bright and pretty. I used it on a headband set for my cousin and her baby. You can get it year round.
