Question
SueLyn
Pattern instructions:
Rnd 2: Ch1, sc in each st around, join in beg sc. Fasten off.
My question, why do I need to fasten off? Here is round 3....center back is exactly where Rnd 2 leaves you.
Rnd 3: Join with sc in center back, sc in each of the next 30 sts, [dc dec in next 2 sts] 4 times, sc in each of last 31 sts, join in beg sc. (66 sts)
Next question, dc dec in next 2 sts, 4 times, isn't that a total of 8 stitches? Because what I keep coming up with, once all is done and said, 10 sts, I have 2 too many stitches, right?
This pattern is for boot slippers, I've ripped it out like 4 times, I've counted my stitches to the point of crazy, and I'm using markers for each row. I bought this pattern at e-patternsCentral.com, I can't imagine the pattern would be off somehow? Help?
