Recently I made a shawl up quickly for a Hospice patient of my mom's and it seems the family is very happy with the product since their mom doesn't go anywhere with out it now..she won't let it go and wraps her self in it..........

Sorry I missed your request...It's a half granny square style pattern I grabbed it from Raverly here is the link but I am not sure if you have a free member ship to the website.. So I Google a tutorial & another location for same type of pattern

Shawl for a friend's mom who is tiny size 6 this was hard to figure out????...Since the person is in another state and it's a secret for the mom I had no measurements so after asking around some yesterday I think I got the right information...I hope...

 

I figured out

Im glad this popped back up, i think they are all lovely, and have made a couple for friends, I used homespun, which made it feathery and warm on a couple! They are nice shawls,  I really love yours!!

Yes this pattern works up quickly.. plus it also allows the best creative in color changes as well.. It's my go to pattern for simple quick...This pattern uses more yarn then the capelet patterns & has a lot more rows it take me usually 75 rows and about 2-3 days to complete..
