Small Dog Sweater

I am looking for a REALLY easy dog sweater for a tiny dog. He is about the size of a cat, and I am not a really great crocheter, but want to make him one for Christmas. Any ideas?

What about these? They're made for very small poodles, and you could always use a smaller hook.

As you can see in my avatar, Dusty loves wearing the sweater I made for my sister's poodle. Dusty is about 8 lbs. and very small. The pattern is from the link Debi sent you at the CrochetnMore website. It's very easy to make.
